"Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

"After discovering two cracks in my basement foundation—one of which was actively leaking during a recent heavy rain and flooding event—I called for a repair. I spoke with James on the phone, and he was able to fit me into their schedule quickly despite the busy weather. Both James and Eric came out to the house and efficiently assessed the situation, determining both cracks needed injection. They completed the work in just a couple of hours and were professional, personable, and took the time to explain the process and clean up thoroughly. I 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for future work."

"2nd time we used Crack Team (2 different houses). Both times - Excellent service."

"Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it. I will recommend Precision to any/everyone who needs a service like this. ⭐️ ⭐️ ?⭐️⭐️"

"I had the crawl space on my 1946 house encapsulated (+ lots of foundation repairs/structural improvements) in Dec 2021. The FSM crew exceeded my expectations. Crew leader (Anthony B) and his team (Jordan F, Tim Q) were professional, friendly, organized, knowledgeable. They worked hard from 8am-6pm with one short break. They cleaned up perfectly, informed me in detail of everything they were doing, were patient with my numerous questions. I would recommend FSM, and especially this crew, without reservations."
