"Our house has some water damage issue in the first floor and basement. The company sent Landon to our house. He is very kind, smart and knowledgeable person. He inspected the house and honestly explained that he did not see any house foundation issues. The water leaking issues were caused by pipe broken. He said "If you house has any foundation issues, please contact us". We will definitely use them for any foundation related repair jobs in the future."

"I am a real estate agent, so when it came to needing a waterproofing solution for my personal home, I know how important it is to choose the right company. These guys are the BEST! I had most every company come out to quote this project, both big and small. Most wanted to provide me some one size fits all solution, but my house was built in the 70 s and needed more. Vanguard s team was the only one to come in and truly look at my home and my situation and then truly work to create a solution to fix all of my home s issues. When the day to begin work arrived they called the day before to remind us and then showed up on time and did so every day. They respected my house while they were here and always were courteous and polite when here. But what you all care about is the work, and it was Amazing! They even stayed late to finish one day because the forecast was calling for another crazy few days of rain. Every step of the way, from getting the quote to enjoying the finished product Vanguard made me feel like I was their #1 priority. I have already passed their information along to clients and will continue to do so. If you need anything waterproofing related for your home, do yourself the favor of hiring Vanguard Great Work! Great People! On Time! On Budget!"

"Raphael and his crew gave a very competitive estimate, showed up on time and on the date requested. They removed all the old materials and took them away, then formed in and poured a new concrete walk and steps to our requirements and finished it nicely. They cleaned up the area to our satisfaction. We will use R B concrete again for future restorations."

"We began with 3/4s of an acre of red Georgia clay sloping down toward a lake. Byrd and Rebecca provided all the creative ideas we needed to make this property special--retaining wall, drainage, rock garden, flagstone patio and stone paths, paver driveway, sod, and perfect plantings. The work took a number of weeks--Carlos and his crew worked long days and each step was done meticulously and professionally--and the result is stunning. We cannot say enough good things about the work done here and we highly recommend Byrd Landscaping and Design."

"I was ready to give a poor rating until Taylor Smith came out to repair a botched job. He did his very best to make the repairs and made sure I was fully satisfied. A great job on his part."

"Islas Masonry Solutions did an exceptional job. We needed a concrete walkway constructed immediately for my 87 year old mother. Franciso Jr. met us at my mother's home, he was on time and provided an estimate. He began the project on time, finished on time, cleared away and cleaned all debris from the yard and street. He was extremely professional and the concrete walkway is exceptional work. I highly recommend this company for any stone, brick, block or stucco work you may need. We have dealt with other contractors and Franciso treated us like family. If he you can make an 87 year old mother, grand-mother and great grandmother happy, you are the REAL deal. Excellent work and Exceptional Service!"

"We met with 5 professionals. We were impressed with their straightforward approach to fixing our crawlspace. They answered all our questions, and they had a clear understanding of how to fix our broken floor joists without any unnecessary cost. The only drawback was waiting over 2 weeks between the estimate and repair."

"Excellent!! Highly recommended!! I was not able to choose the specific project. Based on the other reviews, it seems to be all of the above. Rosales Waterproofing did the most excellent job waterproofing my basement and the foundation of my home. My house feels and smells healthier because of the caring work they did. I am very grateful to Home Advisor for connecting me with Mr. Rufino Rosales. I am very thankful to Mr. Rosales for his expertise. I spoke with several waterproofing representatives. He exceeded them all in every way. His knowledge, intuitiveness, experience, straightforwardness, and his genuine kindness were matchless. Thank you GOD for sending Rosales Waterproofing my way!!!"

"Great job on foundation repair. Very knowledgeable. Did such a great job on this I used them for repeat job. They did not cover/move the 3 pieces of furniture left in the room like William said they would. The furniture was covered in concrete dust afterwards—very frustrating to have to spend time cleaning something they could have been easily avoided. Other than that great work and customer service!"
