"Came out and inspected. Found that my foundation was just fine. Noted a non serious slope in basement slab, but said it could wait a long time. Didn’t need to spend 20-30k on a fix."

"I needed a foundation crack repaired and scheduled for Ram Jack, along with 2 others, for quotes to get that repair done. After receiving a quote from another business, to the tune of $53,000 for "other problems discovered", I had Ram Jack come out and did not tell them what the first place said. After they crawled under the house, took measurements, etc, they found nothing wrong with the foundation, advised me that I was not in need of their services, and provided me with the names of a few well-known and trustworthy local businesses that could repair the foundation crack. I cannot tell you what a relief that was and how impressed I am with the Ram Jack's honesty and integrity! They are definitely on my list of trustworthy people to deal with in the future, if / when needed!"

"They added re-bar to the foundation framing, which was not originally done (and probably why it cracked and sunk as it did), so it's better than new. Was very watchful of the weather to make sure the concrete cured correctly, which meant multiple trips during the repaving process. Clean-up was done well, too. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - and will definitely use them again to replace a larger cracked area in the future. They were outstanding to work with (which we can't say about most of the people we've hired)."

"From consultation to completion the team at Groundworks handled our foundation repair with care and professionalism. Matthew came to the house and stayed to answer every question and explain every detail. He took the time to complete a bid while onsite and walk us through the process. (BTW their permitting department and financing through GreenSky really helped!) When the work started the first team of Alex, Iuni and Luis, were exceptional (they pier leveled the footing). We got texts the moment they arrived at the property and they got right to work, completing their part right on time. They worked as quietly as possible and kept us informed of the progress. The second team for foam leveling our slab and led by Daniel, got it all done in part of a day. They were also courteous and even helped move furniture. When the work of both teams was finished Alex, the foreman, walked us through an inspection and answered all our questions. Finally, Matthew circled back at the end and made sure"

"Had a tree removed and fence built/repaired after a big storm. Open and honest communication. Gave options and they went above and beyond with the new fence. Quick work with attention to detail Highly recommend this company."

"We were very pleased with the work done by Universal Landscape. We had a large brick paver walkway put in, a firepit added and a natural rock wall installed. They were on time, on budget and the quality of their work was exceptional. We would definitely recommend them to others."

"Rome came the next day, explained everything, and most importantly he was a guy I instantly felt I could trust. No games just an experienced concrete guy fixing our concrete problem. Will hire again and recommend to others."

"4.5 stars overall for removal of concrete slab/stairs and pouring of new 10' long, 4 foot deep foundation wall. Result was excellent. Crew was considerate and trustworthy. It was expensive for me, but cheaper than the other bids I got. Communication was not great over email. There were a number of times I wasn’t replied to at all or got a partial response. I let them know and they said they’ll work on that. I recommend communicating via text instead which worked much better."

"I recently hired Puget Sound BNR Tech for a repair project, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The technician was professional, punctual, and worked with great care throughout the entire job. They explained everything clearly and ensured I was happy before leaving. The quality of work was outstanding, and I highly recommend their services."

"Hired Greenway to install a paver deck in my backyard. They did so using my choice of paver. Did a most excellent job. Later when a couple of pavers cracked they honored their warranty and replaced them. The gentleman doing the job was one of the best human beings I've been blessed to know. Good job./"
