"Our house has some water damage issue in the first floor and basement. The company sent Landon to our house. He is very kind, smart and knowledgeable person. He inspected the house and honestly explained that he did not see any house foundation issues. The water leaking issues were caused by pipe broken. He said "If you house has any foundation issues, please contact us". We will definitely use them for any foundation related repair jobs in the future."

"I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement. I highly recommend Vanguard for their conscientious and dependable work."

"First of all, amazing job! The sidewalk was perfect and done fast and clean. There was no damage to any adjacent structures and they cleaned everything before leaving. Would highly recommend their services."

"I was ready to give a poor rating until Taylor Smith came out to repair a botched job. He did his very best to make the repairs and made sure I was fully satisfied. A great job on his part."

"Incessant rain fall made this project challenging, but overall they quickly built a nice wall, charged what we agreed to and attempted to smooth the soil back in place as it was, but it was just too wet. They put hay over it to keep the soil from washing away."

"My basement was leaking for months, and trying to fix it always seemed out of my budget, but CGS came with a very competitive quote, and I knew I had to get it done right there and then."

"Our new stone fireplace was causing the deck to sink so we contacted Crawlspaces and More, among others, to fix the problem. Their team was professional, open, honest and thoroughly competent from the estimation through to the final result. What a great bunch of young men and amazingly quick in their installation of the foundation pads and jacks, and the lifting of the deck joists. Great job, guys!"

"Very professional, informed me on what was going on with the leak in my basement and how he would repair it. I after a couple of rain shower my basement did not leak. I am very please with work he done"

"Great job on foundation repair. Very knowledgeable. Did such a great job on this I used them for repeat job. They did not cover/move the 3 pieces of furniture left in the room like William said they would. The furniture was covered in concrete dust afterwards—very frustrating to have to spend time cleaning something they could have been easily avoided. Other than that great work and customer service!"

"Hugo was prompt and professional in coming out and giving us an estimate and an overview of what he was going to do. We were not sure if our problems were due to a leaky shower or if it was due to a foundation problem. Nevertheless we chose All-Pro Waterproofing to ensure we covered all our bases. It would have been good if we had an overview of what problems were or were not found once the project was completed. The crew who came to the house did an exemplary job of cleaning up and took care not to disturb the plants around the work area."
