"I had water coming in my basement and wasn't sure what the problem was They came out and looked at it and at first we talked about getting a sump pump installed but since I also had a problem with my gutters at the time we decided to just seal up the area around my bilco doors and see if that worked. Also, I had a problem with a crack in my foundation at another area and they said they'd do that as well. They completed all the work and the area by the bilco doors has not leaked since (I also got my gutters repaired). But the area by the crack leaked water again the next time we had a hard rain. When I called about it, Dave said that had been done for free and they really didn't have any responsibility for it. I was confused since that was something I had asked about when he was here to give me the estimate. But I guess the estimate was only supposed to be for the other area. Also, I asked for an itemized invoice after I paid (I didn't get any invoice at all) and I still haven't gotten one. They were very nice but I don't know if I'd use them again."
