"Our church was build in 1920s so the scope of the project increased as the initial water damage was worst than anticipated. Waterproofone addressed those issues and, installed a french drain system, rerouted water spouts, and added an external drain behind the rear of the church. Our basement has been dry ever since and all previous water damage has been replaced or repaired."

"From the beginning of the project to the end, Basement Gurus made the process feel painless. They gave me a clear understanding of what remedies were necessary to fix my foundation and ensured that all of my expectations would be met. The contracted workers were timely, considerate, clean, and personable. I would strongly recommend Basement Gurus for any waterproofing work and will be using them as often as necessary in the future."

"They arrived promptly when expected and executed the work to my complete satisfaction. The injection holes for the lifting foam don't stand out too badly and they only had to drill a few of them. The sidewalk was lifted to its proper height. After the lift, the sealing was applied and coated with quartz sand, more attractive than the original black material."

"After using basement waterproofing specialist for my French drain installation I was so pleased with their service I called them again when I noticed signs of a possible foundation crack. They accurately identified the issue and determined I had a crack in my foundation. They thoroughly sealed the crack and put multiple layers of membrane to secure the foundation and to ensure no water ever gets through. I would highly recommend!"

"Amazing company to work with, Mike has always been a standup guy who does right by people, pricing has always been fair and quality of work is unbeatable. I will continue use Oakland excavating anytime I need work performed!"

"They installed three underpins to fix a porch foundation."

"Excellent job repairing a crack in our poured concrete basement wall. Had to dig down to the bottom of the foundation, seal the crack, and back fill the hole - clean up was so good you didn't know work was even done. Very satisfied with the initial estimator, the job foreman, and the crew. The price was competitive with other estimates we received. Would recommend this company."

"The crew did an outstanding job.  The compaction process was very thorough and the guys worked flawlessly around my house, and were very considerate to my existing landscaping.  Matt helped with the design and created a custom pattern with standard size pavers.  I get a lot of compliment from our guests.  Some compliments came from other people who do similar work.  Matt did a great job of explaining the process so there were no surprises during construction.  We had a small issue around one of the posts with a cracked paver and he came out and fixed it right away.  Overall I am very pleased with the job and he will be my first call in the future."

"Sean (Shawn?) contacted me and was very helpful. I was seeking how to get in touch with Mid-Atlantic Wateproofing who did work for us last year, and needed to return to fix their sloppy work. Mid-Atlantic apparently has closed, at least temporarily, bur Sean worked hard at trying to find more information as to their status. Even though he had nothing financially to gain from me, I was very impressed that he willingly offered to help me in any way he could."
