A few years ago, I had Bakers Waterproofing do some work for me in another part of the basement. Jessie was my service advisor at that time and he was also excellent! He was able to locate the immediate source of water coming into the basement from a spring outside. He showed me all the issues with my basement, however I chose to take care of part of the basement as the other part was not crucial at that time. We did, however, have a rough go at scheduling and communication from the office could be improved. The work was originally scheduled for a Tuesday but the prior job ran over. That first week communication was great but then we didn’t hear anything for 7 days and had to call them to figure out when the work was being rescheduled for."

As Alex, the owner/manager said, “You just have to trust me”. No easy task, given that the tree was right next to my home! They were great!
