They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. Overall, we were quite pleased with the negotiations, timing, install process, and finished product. Would definitely recommend giving Mike at Aqua Dry a call for basement waterproofing."

"We used quality 1st on two occasions in the past year to address water in the basement of our brownstone. They first addressed the problem from the crawlspace - installed a sump pump, water guard trench, and cleanspace wall system (they also added support to the ceiling, which is the floor of a kitchen above). Their approach was sound, the cost was fair, and we were very happy with their service and the work itself. They then returned to address water coming in from the main basement area - we worked together on a reasonable approach that included adding a 2nd sump pump, a water guard trench and cleanspace wall system only where needed. This required a lot of coordination and communication with our plumber as well - all went smoothly, work was performed and cleaned up professionally. So far, so good! I am in construction myself and I reviewed their approach with other professionals including an engineer, and I have a lot of confidence in their products, their pricing, and their work."

"I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."

"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work! Holes were filled and dust was cleaned up. The whole first floor took about two hours. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They really knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. "This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted.
