"They installed a steel beam in the crawlspace to support the foundation, and fully encapsulated my crawlspace. Free inspection of crawlspace, explained in detail the process, and the materials used. Came back a 2nd time to inspect the foundation I was concerned about. He explained what he could do. I hired him to do this too, because my brother was incapable, with no help. He and his team were professional and respectful, and stayed in that perimeter until the xwirk was completed. Yes, I would refer this company, and call them again if needed."

"I had a custom cedar fence damaged due to wind in a storm this summer. Copper Canyon was the only company to quote a repair. Most no quotes and others wanted to completely replace it with their own style which didn’t match the rest of my fence. Copper Canyon showed up on my scheduled day in cold rainy weather and finished it in a day. They found anoth issue with the fence, we discussed a solution and it was completed as well. They also did a nice job of cleaning up."

"Left a message on the business answering machine. Received a call within a reasonable time frame and had an appt. set soon thereafter. Steve came out on a Friday afternoon, listened well to what we wanted and made additional suggestions(e.g. burying and extending the downspouts, type of shrubs, plants; included in the estimate a price for doing one part in stone or with mulch and talked through the pros and cons of each option). He took pictures and promised to have the estimate to us by Monday. The estimate was late but there was a reasonable explanation for this and it gave us an opportunity to add a small change. Liked Steve immediately. Appreciated his suggestions. His estimate was a bit higher than we'd hoped. Probably would have used this service anyway, but just before making a decision we were blessed with the knowledge of termite damage which took a good bit of our change to repair."

"Overall it went very well. They actually came out ahead of schedule to pour the concrete. The only problem we experienced was concrete splatter on the wooden base to our fire table and the poles to the gazebo on our patio. This could have been prevented with a little plastic wrapped around those areas. We ended up having them scrape off the big chunks of splatter, which did remove some of the paint. Indianapolis Concrete provided a discount to compensate for us having to repaint these areas. There did seem to be some scheduling conflicts with David, the professional that came to seal the concrete and remove the splatter. I don't think this was entirely his fault, though. We planned to have the solvent-based sealer done on both the new concrete and the existing. When he came out, he determined that the solvent base would not adhere to the existing concrete because a water-based sealer was previously used. He did not have the water-based sealer, so he had to make a second trip back to complete that part of the job. I think this could have been avoided if someone had verified beforehand what type of sealers we needed and have all supplies needed at the time. He ended up having to come over on a weekend to complete the sealing, which we appreciated him getting it done, but felt bad that he had to do this on a weekend. He was also the repair guy, that ultimately was able to scrape the big chunks of splatter off the fire table. Overall, everyone we dealt with was very professional and responsive to our questions. Josh was the project manager and his co-manager was Tim. Tim came out once the concrete was poured to inspect the work. We worked through Josh when we noticed the splatter, and he made sure it was resolved to our satisfaction. Yes, we would recommend having Indianapolis Concrete for any future projects."

"I built my deck 20 years ago and thought about replacing it with another wood or composite deck, pavers or stamped concrete. The price for the concrete was about $1,500 more than treated wood and I wouldn’t be doing the work. Carlos and his crew are great to work with. Double checked the design, worked with us to decide how to perform the work with minimal damage to our property. Patio looks great and received many compliments from the neighbors and friends. Expect a 2-3 month wait time for your project but with the quality and value they offer; you’ll understand why. Highly recommended"
