He was excellent in the work. They were very good. People ask me about the work, he is a concrete magician. It is beautiful work.

Pete was very up front and open about the mold issues we had and what the services would include. We had a bit of a lag getting service scheduled, but I assume they are busy and short-staffed, as many places are right now. Crew was professional and arrived on time for the work.

I had received approximately 4 quotes for waterproofing my basement and glad I chose Smart Crawl. I was very pleased with Craig and his crew on their hard work. They completed the job in a timely manner as discussed during the inspection. The guys cleaned up after themselves daily, brooming my kitchen and back porch areas which wasn't necessary but I appreciated it. There was never an issue with communication during the project. They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry.

Crawl Seal, Crawl Sump, Insulation Removal, Sister Joist (1), Sill Plate (2ft), New Crawl Door, Bandboard Insulation, Mold Remediation Christian and his crew were great. Christian was always on time and explained things in great detail. He went over what was to be done in the morning and what was done in afternoon. the company is blessed to have him representing them . I would for sure hire them and christian again.

Very good. All employees were very respectiful and friendly.

We contacted them. We have a 48x72 barn that needed rock throughout the entire barn plus a new driveway through it. They returned our phone call promptly. They were on the job site within the week. They were very knowledgeable about their equipment. We gave them specific instructions and they followed them to the letter. We did not have to call them back and tell them the negative side, they were that good! I would recommend them highly!
