"We called several businesses to address concerns of our foundation settling which became obvious from cracked bricks on the back of our house. Virginia Foundation Solutions was the third to arrive and give us a detailed estimate. They were extremely detailed about the process they would use and how that would solve our problem. They gave us a start date that was about a month in the future. They were in constant communication with us and started on the exact date promised. The crew arrived on time and worked harder than I thought possible. They were very professional and polite, kept us abreast of there progress and finished on time. They worked in a manner that would make you think it was THEIR home. I can't say enough good things about them, but, if you are in need of this type of costly repair you can't go wrong with Virginia Foundation Solutions. And NO, I haven't been paid for this review....."

"We recently had foundational repair work done by the Bay Crawlspace, Foundation and Repair Company this year. After talking with other vendors, who, in our opinion, left us questioning their expertise and honesty, we chose Bay to fix our foundational issues. Their bid came in at less than half the price. Their representative (Dave) came and gave us a true picture of what needed to be done in our home without being pressured. Their communication throughout this process was outstanding. We were especially pleased with the professionalism of their crew leader, Stefan and his team(Ashawn and Floyd). He kept us informed and always left our property swept and clean after every visit. Integrity is hard to find in many contractors, but I can say with confidence, that you can not go wrong choosing them for your foundational needs. We give them a 5 out of 5 stars!!"

"JES do not do remodeling. They only do basement repair and foundation repair. Not a proper recommendation for a remodel project."

"Virginia Foundation Solutions We had the Gray Team finished at our home yesterday. Our house had uneven floors and felt soft in places. Once diagnosed, what was necessary was explained. No hard sales pitch. Had several contractor companies give us a bid. Virginia Foundation Solutions was not the cheapest. They werenâ t the most expensive either. What they did was more than any of the companies offered. Back to the Gray Team or should I call them the A Team. John, Max, Juwan, Trevor & Robbie were all very professional and polite. These young men cleaned up every night. Never left a mess or issue. Explained everything they were doing. Virginia Foundation Solutions should be very proud of these men. Word of mouth, yes I will praise this company and the Gray Team to anyone that needs foundation work on their house. To the owners of Virginia Foundation Solutions, Thank you for sending me your best team. What is most important, my wife is happy."

"Outstanding! Dave and his company are amazing. Really cannot explain how how happy we are with the entire experience. Had my regular pest control company (who was not interested in attempting most of the repairs) and had my general contractor out (who charged much more for a much smaller prior repair) to inspect the crawl space after Crawl Masters had finished. Both are very meticulous and both were blown away by the quality and price charged. You will not be unhappy with Crawl Masters."

"The first project they did for us was transformational!! It turned a part of our backyard into an oasis! The most recent project was planting trees in our front yard. Our neighbors make good comments about the trees and backyard!!"

"The process went very smoothly.  There were several teams that worked on my project.  The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists.  Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier.

All the work was done in a professional manner and the workers were all very courteous.  They were on time and on budget."

"Young man that came out just interested in replacing my whole system for an astronomical price."
