Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I needed some crawlspace work done, and I originally reached out to a big name company. They took 3 weeks just to get someone on site to look at my crawlspace, and then they didn't show up. The next morning, a Sunday, I went on Home Advisor to solicit some quotes. Two hours later, at 830am, Candido Copado from Tiger C was calling! He was at my home in an hour and working with me on a solution to my needs. The Tiger C team was great, and because they are a family owned business, they don't have a huge overhead machine to feed with your money. So, I was able to get an amazing price, and amazing service from a 100% local service provider. His team installed a moisture barrier, installed a new door (which required some masonry work), installed a dehumidifier, sealed the vents, installed some lights + electrical (subcontracted), rerouted some plumbing, and installed about 400sq foot of elevated platform for storage. They were done in four days. I could not have been happier with the final product and the friendly / professional team. Great service, great people, great price, and a great final product. I am definitely going back to Candido for my next project."

"I hired Gregg’s Gardens in September of 2021 for a landscaping project. Tasks included: Removal of weeds, sticks, existing Azaelas, landscape timbers, etc. from planting beds, excavating / enlarging planting beds, creating a new planting bed off my deck, installing new plants in front / back yard, adding mulch to beds, and aerating, seeding, and fertilization of my yard. All work was done as promised, in a timely manner, and at the end of the project, all debris was removed and taken off site. AC Gregg was very professional, communicated effectively, and returned all phone calls in a timely manner. When a few plants had problems later on, per our agreement, AC did not hesitate to replace them - no questions asked. They do quality work, at a reasonable price, and offer outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them and would use them again. In fact, I did use them again, just this week (3/23/22). I hired them for another project, to add a few more plants, and to install new mulch to the flower beds. Once again, I was very satisfied with their work."
