"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

While they were at it, they fixed our fence that another company put in and messed up. Carlos repaired it for no extra fee! "Our initial encounter w/ Chad was good. We got 3 quotes from different companies, CD & Son was actually the highest $$ but we felt they would do the best job so we hired them. Initially we were happy w/ all the work they did. However, less than 1 year later our driveways' surface is crumbling. We initially contacted Chad via voicemail on 5/21/18 & he called & said he would stop & look at it. He did not. Subsequent calls were not returned. On 6/25/18 we sent him a text w/ picture of driveway. He responded w/ "will have IMI Quality Control look at it". No one came out. Since then, he has not responded to calls or texts. Due to quality issues & lack of response, we DO NOT recommend this company."
