"The people were respectful and nice, but some mistakes were made in the initial bidding, and some of the work early on caused more costly repairs to be needed. I had to have workers and sales representative come back out on a different day to complete the job. I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly. The solution recommended to us seems to he helping so far, but isn't very asthectucaly pleasing on the our front porch of our home. Also workers posted out a trip hazard on out sidewalk due to land settlement and I even mentioned it to our sales representative. Surprisingly he didn't offer fixing it or selling me options for fixing it. I found this very odd since it's one.of their companies biggest selling/marketing campaigns?"

"I was very fortunate to have High & Dry to tackle couple of cracks that used to leak water whenever it rains. These cracks repaired couple years ago. So far I had No water leaking whatsoever. "I had two patios replaced with brand new pavers. They removed the old brick and concrete slab underneath the patios and replaced that with a gravel layer. This was tamped down and then sand was added and then the pavers. Polymeric sand was used in all the joints and everything was tamped down nicely. The pavers look great and are a big improvement over the previous brick. They even cut around a newly installed AC unit on the back patio and it looks like its resting perfectly on the new pavers. Tom was easy to work with from start to finish and the install crew was very hard working. I even had them do some extra paver work with the left over material and have scheduled them for further landscaping work. They were not the cheapest bid but I am very happy with my choice and the results. I would recommend Finishing Touch to anyone.
