"Replaced stem from handle in shower. Quick and professional!"

"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"My grey tank stopped working and flooded my basement, Brian and his guys came in and cleaned up the nasty water and fixed the grey pump in a few hours."

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"Wonderful communication, knowledgeable and experienced team. Ethan, Grant, and Jose are superb! I needed some crawlspace repair completed prior to the sale of my home, and these guys made the experience feel not so overwhelming. Ethan took quality photos of each item that was addressed, took time to explain the necessary steps in the process, and communicated promptly at each turn. Grant and Jose worked tirelessly cleaning out heavy debris left from the previous owner, completed the multi-day job, and even left useable materials neatly stacked upon request, Notably, even though operating as a single female, I felt secure with this team, didnâ t feel railroaded, and feel confident that this team was a good choice."

"Erie backs their product with a 30 year warranty. Good luck finding anyone else who will give you that type of guarantee. Sure, there are cheaper options, but cheaper cost usually means cheaper quality and labor. The choice is yours. I know who I trust."

"The crew (Lewis White, Chris Jones, Harold Harris, and Derel Davis) where absolute professionals. They had to endure quite unpleasant conditions to get the job done. They were courteous and expedient in the process and they ensured that they cleaned up all messes before they left. We so appreciate their work ethic."

"They did a very good job. They were pretty neat and careful. They did get it done in the time frame. Happy with overall project."

"Has done several projects for me. From completely new water lines (colored so people like me can tell whatâ s hot water and whatâ s cold water haha), to installing/fixing toilets! Simple or complicated, he figured it out and got the jobs done. Very clean and efficient too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any of your needs! Professional and a straight shooter - wonâ t beat around the bush if itâ s bad news, but gives very fair prices! Value for the money is 10/10!"

"Company is easy to work with. They did what they Said they were going to do and did it in the timely fashion."
