They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). Their recommendation was not to just fill in the cracks, as others suggested, but to also reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation with a solid steel plate bolted over the repaired crack.
