"I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."

"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work! We love our new porch, patio, and driveway!"

"It went like clock work.  Friday they came and did the framing, Monday they poured the cement and did the stamping, Tuesday they did the sawing and protective coat.  They worked in unison very well - it was fun to watch.  They had great suggestions as to the type of stamp and colors to use - they are good at what they do.  I highly reccomend this company and am glad I went with stamped concrete over pavers.

"I have hired Quality 1st Basement Systems twice now and have been thrilled by their professionalism and work. The crew lead both times was Wilbur and the system design specialist was Mike Fiorillo. What I particularly appreciated about the sales process was how Mike worked with me to balance cost and efficacy. Regardless of what you decide to do, I would recommend at least getting a bid from Quality 1st. Additionally, on the day of installation, Mike arrived to help communicate the plan with Wilbur (crew lead) because of the complex nature of my foundational repair. Note: in between the 1st and 2nd job I had a structural engineer review my home and he specifically commented that he approved of the work done by Wilbur and his crew at Quality 1st. He noted that all other work previously done by the former home owners had serious flaws."

He walked me through the repairs I needed, educated me on the process and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. On the scheduled day for the repairs, the team (Carlos, Alex and Derek) arrived on time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They had to dig up my front and side yard to get to the repairs. After the job was completed (only took 1 day) you cannot tell they were there! They did such a great job on putting everything back in the correct place (including bushes, landscaping lights and mulch) it looks like nothing was done. "We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. "If I could give them more stars I would! Tom and Josh were fabulous... not only did they do the foudation work (the foundation was GONE), they also did a complete ly gutted the kitchen and bathroom, and did a beautiful remodel. In addtion, they did the needed reapirs to the bedrooms, and living room including the entire ceiling -- due to the floundation issues, the cracks were all over (BEFORE they started). They got the floor to a more level position and fixed all those cracks that had been there for years. They cared about our house as if it was their own. They cleaned up after themselves and obviously took great pride in their work. We were so pleased with every aspect. They stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date on progress and issues as they arose. I am so impressed with them, I am scheduling them to do a remodel at my other home. And as an additonal note, my subcontractors (electrician, countertop guy and flooring guy also shared how impressed they were working with Tom and Josh. My other contractors mentioned that they are not use to working with such friendly people who willingly stayed and explained the project. Each one independently told me how impressed they were with Wise Choise Construction. I absolutely made the RIGHT choice -- the WISE choice in choosing them. You will not go wrong with them.
