I don't recall the date this occurred, but it was not July 2015, but the format requires a date.  In any event, I was concerned about a foundation problem, and Roberts sent a representative out who inspected inside and outside and advised that while he would love to have found a problem that would have involved an expensive repair, he could not do so because he saw no foundation problem.  He was as honest as the day is long, extraordinarily polite and gave considerable supporting statements as to his determination.  I really appreciated his integrity.

"All work was very good, timely, and pleasant. However, repair visits are not thoroughly investigated, diagnosed, and fixed on the first visit. Somehow only one issue can be addressed per visit. e.g. cannot dig up a sunken sprinkler head plus replace another leaking sprinkler head on the same visit. So there is twice the charge and inconvenience for the second visit. Or if the problem persists, there is no return visit courtesy but a full visit charge. For this season I will still use them."
