"I contact a least 9 foundation companies looking for the right one for us. AquaDry offered the best solution at a reasonable price. Jim Boyd took the time and explained/showed us what they were going to do. Their crew came out and installed 7 push piers. This raised and stabilized the corner of our two story home. They were great all the way through the process. I highly recommend them."

"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"I worked with Dave Berenton and everyone I spoke to was responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with the work that was done to correct the chimney structural problem and driveway/ sidewalk cracks. We began with a mold problem and Tar Heel helped to determine where the problem was and fixed it. I highly recommend their work."

"Caleb did an excellent job with my concrete extension. We discussed the pros & cons of a few ways to handle the job before settling on the best approach. "We needed a job done quickly and urgently, and this locally-owned, family business jumped at the opportunity to do this for us. In two days, our project was started, and in three days (total), it was complete. The concrete is level, square, professionally set. The workers were pleasant, focused, and professional at all times.
