The owner, Steve, came to my home and looked over the completed worked and helped me with questions about my dehumidifier. Blue Umbrella was able to troubleshoot and tailor the job to fit my specific basement needs. I also feel comfortable that if there is ever an issue - they will continue to support the work they did for me. My job consisted of : 1930's brick basement and dirt crawl space/ french drain, sump pump, encapsulation, dehumidifier, masonry repair, and crawl space door. Asbury Park , NJ."

"We hired Mike to do our basement waterproofing prior to finishing our basement. They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. "Mark Hendrickson returned my call promptly, and came to my house that afternoon to look over the site and to give me an estimate and a time frame. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time and had made arrangements with another company to have my septic pumped out, prior to the repair work. Even though this was a relatively small job, Mark and his son who works with him, were professional and polite through the whole process. The cost was $300 for the actual repair and digging and $300 to have the septic pumped out. I would not hesitate to use Mark Hendrickson Excavating again, they were great to work with!"

"Scott and his entire team are amazing! The hardscaping work that they did on our backyard has totally transformed it! Scott originally came out and gave us a quote for the work last year and when we finally decided to proceed he came back this past May to update his quote for us. We discussed what we wanted specifically to have removed and redone and then relied on his advice and creativity to run with the final design. We couldn't be happier with the end results. The qualify of their workmanship is exceptional. They were mindful of our requests to to reuse materials and transplant certain plants in the new design. The team worked diligently every day despite the extreme heatwave that was taking place at the time and they finished in the amount of time that Scott estimated. We love the new hardscaping and especially the pond that they installed for us! We plan to have Scott and his landscape team come back for the fall planting season to finish up the project with some additional landscaping."
