The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"We hired Mike to do our basement waterproofing prior to finishing our basement. They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. Overall, we were quite pleased with the negotiations, timing, install process, and finished product. Would definitely recommend giving Mike at Aqua Dry a call for basement waterproofing."

"If you’re looking for work done the right way. AFS is who to call. I had an emergency repair needing done on UTC campus and that day Mike came out and gave a quote and scheduled service that day. And let me tell you when the Mattgican ( Matthew Martin) and the Parrbear ( Parris Houchins) showed up on the job ( exactly when scheduled) they went straight to work and did such a fantastic job explaining what they were doing and why I knew I made the right choice in calling AFS. If half of their employees are as nice and hard working as those guys anyone they send will be top knotch. Fantastic job guys. You made my day a lot better. Great company don’t hesitate to call them. I’d give them 10 stars!!! Won’t be calling anyone else!!"

"Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. We wish the expense wasn't necessary, but felt the price was worth it due to the difficulty, the amount, and the quality of the work. We highly recommend Basement Gurus!!"

"Mark contacted me quickly after I contacted Angie's list and provided a clear, concise estimate within a day or two. Mark dropped off a sample of the new stone at my request. He and Alan completed the job within the two day estimate. It was a professional job and we are very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable to us, especially compared to other estimates received."

"Scott and his entire team are amazing! The hardscaping work that they did on our backyard has totally transformed it! Scott originally came out and gave us a quote for the work last year and when we finally decided to proceed he came back this past May to update his quote for us. We discussed what we wanted specifically to have removed and redone and then relied on his advice and creativity to run with the final design. We couldn't be happier with the end results. The qualify of their workmanship is exceptional. They were mindful of our requests to to reuse materials and transplant certain plants in the new design. The team worked diligently every day despite the extreme heatwave that was taking place at the time and they finished in the amount of time that Scott estimated. We love the new hardscaping and especially the pond that they installed for us! We plan to have Scott and his landscape team come back for the fall planting season to finish up the project with some additional landscaping."
