I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! I was very impressed! I did have a tiny leak, a few days later, but the company sent someone out almost immediately, and that was resolved. "Overall, it went well. Though I will have to call them back out because of a tiny little spot that is still damp. I do love that it is a lifetime warranty. The guy that did the work did have the courtesy to call ahead and say his current job was taking a bit longer. Not an issue for me, especially since he called to let me know. Though when he did show up, he was very dirty and unprofessional looking. He also did not have boot protectors on and repeatedly continued to track mud throughout my house, even though I reminded him that I laid a towel on the floor so he could wipe his feet; but he just stepped over it. His work on my repair definitely reflected on him. The finished product was very sloppy. He did clean up after himself but there was still a good bit of dust, and the putty he laid over the crack looked like a 3 year old did it. It took me hours to sand down the globs in order for me to be able to paint over it. Again, the lifetime warranty is definitely a plus. I'm just hoping I wont get the same guy. Very pleasant company to deal with otherwise!"

"I am very meticulous and expect things to be completed to the highest standards when using a professional, especially when I am investing a great amount of money. I am new to this area and don't have many references to choose from so I chose this company from the yellowpages. I am completely pleased with the job and the company. Leon looked beyond the basic requirements of this project and noted some landscaping and drainage issues that were not a part of this contract, and fixed them. He went above and beyond what I suspect an average contractor would have provided and I am confident my patio will last for decades due to his effort and attention to detail. This was a relatively small project for this company, but if I ever need any landscaping work in the future, I will not call any other company to do it for me. The workers arrived on time; they maintained a clean and professional work space and put away all the equipment at the end of each workday. They reused my existing pavers; stacked them neatly to the side while preparing the area, and cleaned each brick of dirt and moss before replacing it in the repaired space. Leon returned 24 hrs after the work was completed to ensure everything met his and my approval.
