Everything worked well in the beginning except that there seemed to be a slow leak. They worked on the issue with us last year but were not able to determine the cause of the leak, so we had an auto-fill line put in. This year, when using it, it did not stop automatically and the hose wasn't clamped so the water pressure blew the skimmer off the pipe. They stopped answering my calls about this issue so I had to get another company to come in and fix it."

The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place.
