"Rigo was great. We needed all the mortar joints on our flagstone walkway replaced, as well as, a few broken stones. Rigo found new flagstones that matched perfectly (on his own initiative) and proposed a great solution for concealing a crack on the riser that couldn’t otherwise be fixed. "It was a pleasure working with AA Action Waterproofing. We had issues with water seeping through our floor after rain and had no idea where it was coming from or why. Then we saw mold! We needed new sump pump and drainage and 1 wall crack addressed. From the estimate to job completion AA Action Waterproofing was thorough at explaining our issue, the cause, and answered any questions we had. The team was punctual, clean, and did not remove anything other than what was needed (flooring, drywall, etc.). They also did a walk through with us and explained all the work done before they left! "Jaime was absolutely fabulous!  My husband and I were in the midst of selling our home.  An inspection report identified a cracked truss in the attic and a few other items that didn't fit squarely into the major systems of the house.  Truss problems can crush a home sale so we were extremely worried about having the work done well, efficiently and at a good price.  Initially, we contacted roofing companies thinking did that sort of work but after talking to several folks, we learned that a carpenter or general contractor specializing in construction or carpentry could do the work.  I was referred to Mr. Peredo by a structural engineer we spoke with about the problem.  I made contact with Jaime on a mid-day Sunday and by Monday morning I had a message from him.  We spoke on Monday, I explained what we needed and he agreed to come out on Wednesday.  He climbed into our attic, examined the truss, asked where the closest home improvement store was located and was off.  He returned with special lumbar and nails and sistered the truss.  The whole job took him like three hours, start to finish.  He drove all the way from Virginia to Laurel, Maryland to perform this work.  He was fast, extremely professional, and charged us a fair rate.  He agreed to also do some additional work for us as well, i.e. parge work, carpet pad repair and upgrading. 
I am extremely particular in how I want work to be done particularly in this situation where the work had to be done to someone's satisfaction.  Jaime was a Go- send.  I highly recommend him! He was honest, fair, efficient and did stellar work!  If we purchase another home in this area he will be our go-to person for all contracting work. PERIOD!

"It was good. It felt like it was done but it wasn't above and beyond. It was done and it was fixed. There was a problem with our stones in the back of the house so they fixed it but it didn't look fantastic. Pricing was pretty good."

"I found my basement had some mold then hired a handyman opened the drywall. The situation is severe than my expectation, so I use Angie's list to find someone who can fix it. The whole consultation and quotation process is not easy because basement waterproofing is not very common. How to fix it (fix it from inside or outside the basement) is the most important issue need to be clarified. Different contractor give me different proposals and the price are huge different even they recommended a similar solution, and their explanations cannot convince me. I am so happy finally I called Chris. He is very professional, not only told me to fix it exterior but also explained why. The whole work took 3 days and was completed good. They completed the exterior waterproofing and also replaced several downspouts with pop-up drain at the end. They also replaced one extra downspout (not related with the waterproofing work) for free. When they finished the work, they cleaned the site and spread the grass seeds and straws too. One week after they completed all work, one downspout has some leaking issues, I called Chris, and He sent his people to fix it in the second day and fixed it immediately. Now, my basement humidity levels can reach 45%-50% (before the waterproofing, it never lower than 70%)."
