"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

While they were at it, they fixed our fence that another company put in and messed up. Carlos repaired it for no extra fee! They book out way in advance because they are so good but, they are worth the wait. They call you back immediately if you need something. "Our initial encounter w/ Chad was good. We got 3 quotes from different companies, CD & Son was actually the highest $$ but we felt they would do the best job so we hired them. Initially we were happy w/ all the work they did. However, less than 1 year later our driveways' surface is crumbling. We initially contacted Chad via voicemail on 5/21/18 & he called & said he would stop & look at it. He did not. Subsequent calls were not returned. On 6/25/18 we sent him a text w/ picture of driveway. He responded w/ "will have IMI Quality Control look at it". No one came out. Since then, he has not responded to calls or texts. Due to quality issues & lack of response, we DO NOT recommend this company."

"Braxton came as scheduled to level up the various slabs of concrete in our driveway. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pleased with the work he did and the level of service he provided! The weather did not allow him to finish the job to his satisfaction. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. He and Landon were professional, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"A few weeks ago I had to make a trip to my crawl space, which has been neglected for 41 years – damp, occasional mold and wet clay…and with flashlight in hand I repaired a problem and when I had crawled out, I told myself that I needed to do something. I started shopping for crawlspace renovators and checked out Indiana Crawlspace Repair. Their online photos were what I was looking for, so I called and talked to Erika and decided to get an estimate. They sent out a Sales Rep, Brian Carr, who discussed the services available, then checked out our crawl spaces – we had our original plus an add-on, basically two crawl spaces. By the time we finished, I was looking at some extensive repairs and services, all desperately needed (41 years of neglect). I mulled this over and decided that I needed to have this work done, and scheduled it. On 1 November Terry and his crew of two showed up and by the end of the week, my “crawlspaces” had an inside perimeter drainage system, with two sumps and pumps, a sealed crawlspace (walls and floors), a dehumidifier system, mild mold remediation and a footer dig for the sump pump drains…I had new crawlspaces! I am still shocked every time I enter them – before I felt like “Indiana Jones” entering the Temple of Doom – now I take my shoes off when I go in. There are projects I have put off for years to improve plumbing and wiring, as well as some minor floor joist repairs, that I look forward to doing now. I really feel like my house has been saved.
