"Our house was in bad shape-the foundation had been sinking for years. Most interior and 2 exterior doors no longer opened, the garage was separating along the walls and roof, and all our walls had cracks in them. I heard of Legacy Supportworks at a home show-that's where I met Nick, their spokesperson. He came to our house, did a thorough inspection and explained the process so I was able to understand what was needed. The price was most reasonable and less than I expected. The production crew called before they arrived, arrived on time, and worked an entire 8-6 day. During the process, the production crew took great care with the landscaping and surrounding yard, sidewalks and driveway, then cleaned up any mess made. The production crew gentlemen (and everyone I have spoken with) were polite-no profanity- honest, trustworthy, no smoking, introduced themselves, etc. They went above and beyond their job responsibilities For example, at our house, because the doors had not opened for so long, the screws were warped. The foreman replaced the screws, at his own initiative. One gentleman, after work, saw an elderly lady down the block struggling to mow her yard, and went down and mowed it for her. Because they worked so hard, they were able to finish a day ahead of schedule. We are thrilled to be able to open the doors, have level floors and no longer need to worry about the garage falling apart. I have, and will continue to, recommend Legacy Supportworks. The reviews for Permalift were simply the best. I can now see why. Greg and his partner drove all the way from Oklahoma City to our home in Bartlesville to give us an estimate. They politely called ahead because one of their earlier appointments had not been home.  They arrived when expected.  They carefully inspected the exterior and interior walls for cracks, and in the end decided that we would be better off using one of their competitors because the type of pier that we needed was not one that they could provide. I was on a deadline by my HOA to remove the tree and they made sure to get it all done in time. It was about 2 weeks after the estimate. They removed the tree and came back and ground up the stump. Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels.  He was very responsive to my questions/ requests.  I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process.  He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner.  The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them.  It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier.  I love my new kitchen and bathroom.  They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project.  I would highly recommend Roger Allen and Associates.
