"When you call the typical foundation and crawlspace company, the common response is "We'll send someone out to give you a quote". It is very difficult to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Vince at Foundation Doctor was nice enough to give me his time on the phone to discuss my issues. He then volunteered to come out to take a look for himself since it was a somewhat unusual situation. After he and his associate took a look he said he didn't think I needed his help and we went outside to look at where he thought we may find the problem. He took a look at the landscaping and made suggestions for what may be done to fix the cause of the problem. The landscaping fix will be much less expensive. This after other companies quoted thousands of dollars to fix a crawlspace problem that wasn't the cause of the issue. Vince never offered a quote or tried to sell me anything. He just asked me to let him know how the landscaping fix turns out. I can't tell you how rare it is to find a company that will share their experience with you and expect nothing in return. Based entirely on the integrity and helpfulness they showed, I cannot recommend them highly enough."

Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."
