First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adam’s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and it’s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"I am late with my review, but will not forget my experience with Mr. Garrett.  He responded to my email request for assistance with my flower bed.  The only thing I knew was I wanted hostas, but was unsure how to begin or what to do.  He gave me some options to consider and agreed to come by to assess the project area. He was very enthusiatic and you could easily see his passion for what he does.  He gave me multiple wonderful ideas of how to arrange the hostas, and how to incorporate colors with them and even drew them out for me so I coudl visualize it!  He patiently answered all my questions, listened to everything I had to say and did not make me feel pressured about anything.  He gave me a quote that was reasonable if I wanted him to do the job.  Which I really do, but unfortunately I wasn't able to take advantage of his services right then.  However, I definitely plan to to schedule his services in the early spring of next year.  I am very eager and very confident that he will turn my dead flower bed into a beautiful area that will bring curb appeal and compliment my home.  I look forward to his services and will update my review after it is completed.

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.
