Fastforward 2022, RS came back to work on redoing the bricks on back patio. Just as before, quality is great, price point is good and time estimate accurate. James Walsh is patient, answers any questions before starting projects. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team. We highly recommend Rock Solid."

"Pat thoroughly inspected the property inside and out and made holistic recommendations to solve the suspected water problems. He was very professional and took time to explain his recommendations and considerations. Unlike the other companies I met with, he also provided options depending upon my budget and desire to start small or big and was willing to recommend a contractor to take down and rebuild the finished part of my basement. Overall estimate was comparable to others, approximate cost was for full basement and several windows. I ended up choosing a different company but the choice was close. I'd recommend contacting Arid when considering basement waterproofing.

"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."

Even with the delayed/problems with renovations he always kept me informed. U told me he would always have someone at my house working and that he did. I hired them to do Deck repair as my Two deck wooden stripes were rotten as well as one Step need to be replaced. Excellent job. In addition, he fix my Shed door and lock holding wooden piece. He nailed my Shed roof singles which were damaged by heavy storm. He trimmed two trees branches and put everything on the curb. Willie was responsive and professional.
