Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. "We called several companies out for estimates for a water problem in our basement and what appeared to possibly be a crack in the foundation. Atlantic Coast was the most affordable, had the best guarantee, and a good solution that we were comfortable with. Gary came out on several occasions to sit and discuss with us everything about the job and estimates and what could possibly come up. They showed up a little late the first day, but called first thing to say they had vehicle problems and were running behind, which was fine by us, they also stayed late that day to accommodate. They kept us informed along the way and showed us what was being done, and handled everything appropriately. They also finished the job on time with a few unforeseen obstacles. Ultimately we had the interior waterproofing system put in for the front of the house, where the issue was due to tree roots, underpinning of a foundation crack, and a new sump pump. We are very happy with the work performed. The professionalism, quality, and responsiveness were great and the cost was reasonable and competitive."
