"Real Seal did a great job. The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."

"The crew came out on this cold January day and fixed the crack in my foundation and sealed it to prevent seepage. I’ll know for sure when the spring rains come if it was a success. From the pictures they sent me, I’m very confident there’ll be no more water coming into my basement."

"The worker who came over saw my situation and unoffically suggested a repair that would be cheap for me rather than have him and his crew come out and charge me a few thousand. I appreciated that he wanted what was best for me and not necessarily best for his company."

"Scott Miller contacted us and met with us very soon after our request for a quote. The work was initiated the next day and the work area was left in very clean condition at the end. Our job will not be complete until a concrete patch is installed over the work area but we expect that that will be completed once the weather permits as explained to us. Overall I am very satisfied with the job. We have had some heavy rain and, so far, the repairs to the foundation walls appear to have stopped the water infiltration."

"Everseal did a great job and cleaned up as best as possible after having 14 cracks fixed. It was a little hard initially to get the appointment scheduled but after that everything was ok. Probable because pretty busy lots of water so far this season. No leaks yet however only be a day."

"Andy Young was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting my client who is selling their home, providing detailed options for repair. Highly recommend Andy."

"J&P did a great job. The brick edging around the landscaping had been a mess of sinking and uneven bricks - now they look like new. Very responsive and nice people to work with. We'll use them again in the future."

"Overall, very disappointing experience.  Hector came out to give us the quote and spent a bunch of time explaining what needed to be done and how it would be done.  We decided to use Aerate 1 even though they were more expensive than the other 2 places.  Hector seemed to take great care in doing the best job possible.  The guys can out yesterday to fix the patio and were done in one day.  My wife and I went out to look at how things came out and noticed the 2nd level of steps were NOT even.  I gave Hector a call and he responded first thing this morning.  Hector explained that he never quoted us for the 2nd level of stairs to be leveled.  I find it very hard to believe someone would spend $3700 to fix a patio and ONLY fix 1 level of the steps.  By leveling everything but the 2nd level of steps makes those steps even worse.  The rest of the patio looks pretty good, but the steps really take away from the whole patio.  It is very noticeable to the eye and takes away much of the excitement of getting it re-done.  Hector did say we could fix it for another $450 even though the bricks were off yesterday and would have been much easier.  The worked seemed to be done well, but make sure you have EVERYTHING listed in the quote as we would have NEVER even fixed it unless everything was fixed."

"Had water leaking into basement. Chris came promptly, determined cause and fixed it for fair price, some inside work and some sealing outside, done in two different days. Did not try to sell anything not needed. Pleasure to deal with, including that he promptly returned my phone calls."

"I would recommend 5 Star Concrete & Construction for remodeling services. My project required a full basement remodel. Interior work included: demolition, excavation, waterproofing with drain tile systems, foundation repair, plumbing with sump pump systems, heating/cooling system, water heater system, electrical, full bathroom and kitchen installation, framing and insulation, drywall, and installation of windows and doors. Exterior work included: concrete sidewalks, gutters, privacy fencing, siding, windows and doors. I had three different estimates and 5 Star Concrete & Construction competed with pricing. 5 Star Concrete & Construction represented professionalism from the very start. I appreciated Gibran's explanation and knowledge in describing the multiple projects we had into a smooth experience. 5 Star Concrete & Construction provided a written statement of work including timelines and optional work. Communication is very important to me and 5 Star Concrete & Construction exceeded this from start to finish providing answers to all my inquiries and questions with the multiple project stages. 5 Star Concrete & Construction's crew displayed extreme professionalism daily: showing up on time, communicating very well, and were very diligent in cleaning up after their work. Everything looks fantastic! I am extremely satisfied with 5 Star Concrete & Construction's job well done. I will use them again for my next project and certainly recommend them."
