"I just bought a new house, where one room had a noticeable slope in it. I believe it was because this room used to be the garage before a remodel. I had RamJack come out to check it out to make sure there was not an issue with the foundation. They showed up and looked at the room, checked out the outside and performed some tests with their instruments. He could have scared me and told me that I needed lots of work, because honestly I have no idea about foundations and I was willing to pay to fix the issue on my new house. However, he explained to me that he did not believe there was an issue and that the house was fine. He said when I replace the carpet, to have the flooring people level out the slope and that should take care of it. It is great to work with those who do their best to give you accurate honest advice and not try and use your lack of knowledge against you. All of this was done for no cost, and that is what puts the cherry on top of this story. I know if I ever do have any issue, RamJack is the first place I will call, since if they tell me there is any issue I can trust that there really is one."

"Turns out I didn’t need foundation repair. So they’re honest at the least :-)"

"From consultation to completion the team at Groundworks handled our foundation repair with care and professionalism. Matthew came to the house and stayed to answer every question and explain every detail. He took the time to complete a bid while onsite and walk us through the process. (BTW their permitting department and financing through GreenSky really helped!) When the work started the first team of Alex, Iuni and Luis, were exceptional (they pier leveled the footing). We got texts the moment they arrived at the property and they got right to work, completing their part right on time. They worked as quietly as possible and kept us informed of the progress. The second team for foam leveling our slab and led by Daniel, got it all done in part of a day. They were also courteous and even helped move furniture. When the work of both teams was finished Alex, the foreman, walked us through an inspection and answered all our questions. Finally, Matthew circled back at the end and made sure"

"Rome and his crew were amazing! They worked their tails off all day. Helped come up with a way to fix our entry stairs and make our new extension blend. Our driveway looks amazing. Rome was very professional, prompt and reliable! We highly recommend him to any and all! You will not be disappointed."

"The initial work all went very well and I was especially grateful they managed to fit us in at the very end of the season. Unfortunately we did experience some cracking and discoloration of our back patio. Even though we were outside the time limit in the contract for warranty on these things, I was SO impressed that the owner himself came out to inspect the work and offer solutions. He was very generous in making sure they could take care of the discoloration, power wash and seal the patio, and gave us various options on the crack (including replacing that whole section of patio!). To me this is truly above and beyond what's expected and shows how strongly ACS stands behind their work."

"Had a tree removed and fence built/repaired after a big storm. Open and honest communication. Gave options and they went above and beyond with the new fence. Quick work with attention to detail Highly recommend this company."

"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. I look forward to working with them again, as needed."

"The technician from Puget Sound BNR exceeded my expectations. They quickly identified the issue, explained the available solutions, and completed the repair efficiently. Their knowledge and professionalism were impressive, and the final result was excellent. It's refreshing to work with a company that values customer satisfaction. I will definitely use Puget Sound BNR Tech again and recommend them to my family and friends."

"They are helping to figure out if I have a leak in the liner of my bubbler water feature. They said there might not be a significant problem. If there is,I WILL FOR SURE USE GREENWAY LANDSCAPE. Thad Fray, Design, Sales has already come to our home and submitted his bid - if major repairs are necessary, his bid seemed reasonable. Another firm never called back, even after multiple attempts."

"They were very responsive up front and scheduled the work quickly. Arrived on the day and helped us complete some other work at no additional charge while waiting for cement to arrive. Unfortunatley one of the workers walked across the patio and left mud boot marks that will not come out. We attempted to contact Sam multiple times however, after the first time he answered via text he stoped responding and never came out to address the issue. We are now stuck with permanent boot marks in our patio. They also requested to be paid in full up front but backed off when we offered to put half down. Otherwise we were pretty happy with the work but very disappointed that they did not respond or even come by to see if there was anything they could do to help fix the issue."
