"Very well. His workers were very professional. They cleaned up after their work. They laid plastic on the floor to prevent dirt from the work. Their work was done with quality and professionalism. The price was reasonable. I was very pleased and satisfied."

"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."

"The gentleman who came to my home were absolutely great! Explained everything and made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way. I was nervous in the beginning but my fear subsided after Robert Charlesworth, Marcelo largo, Isaiah belcher and Johnathon Lopez made for a great experience. The attention to detail and dust control, tapping off areas they felt I wouldn’t want getting dusty exceeded my expectations! Thank you for your hard work and kindness. Trucks looked awesome new as well as tools and equipment. Great job guys!!"

"I was given false information regarding the basement of the home I was purchasing. Fredy could have come out and cosigned the information and made a lot of money off of me. However, he was honest and told me that the areas that were identified as needing to be fixed really did not. He gave me some great solutions, alternatives, and insight. When I need help I will not hesitate to contact him. He is an honest many that is not looking to scam people. Thank you Fredy! There should be more hard working honest people like you!"

"Great job and couldn’t be happier. They are quick and reliable. Simply a work of art! Highly recommended."
