He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. The cost for a external repair was 3 to 4 times more than fixing internal. The crew was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. These guys understand “water flow” and know their job. They removed all the old materials and took them away, then formed in and poured a new concrete walk and steps to our requirements and finished it nicely. (See past review) Tyler came right over immediately and took a look at the project. I was hoping that he could resurface the concrete that was already cracking considerably from a wrongful pour. Being partially prepared for that answer, and along with all the logical explanations, we set a date to demo and redo. And it happened. In two days time what took 5 weeks and a mess for Solidscapes to fail with. An actual survey of the slope with markings for water WILL run off. Plans of how the project will tie to the house footers. Actual stress joints in case of settling. The demo was as clean as you could expect to get from all that work, the team he has working with are positive and there to do one thing, a job done right. The finished job matches the front driveway in look and appeal. Out of pocket was a very fair price for the product and the relationship you have with this company. Francisco responded within 30 minutes, came out the next day to quote, and was onsite a few days later to perform the work. We have a flowerbed along side the driveway and the crew was able to remove the old concrete, place formers and pour the new concrete without disturbing the flowers in the bed.
