"Special commendation for excellent repair to cracks in brick wall. Also they left the place clean which was really nice."

"We hired a structural engineer to inspect our foundation because a crack appeared on the kitchen floor. He concluded that the installation of 9 steel pilings was needed and recommended a couple of contractors, including Accurate Foundation Repair. I contacted AGR through Angie's List and they called back the next day to schedule an appointment at my home. After a walk through with the sales rep, I received a thorough explanation of the job and a fair cost estimate so we hired them for the job. Their crew was showed up as scheduled and was very polite. They waited for the engineer that I hired separately before lifting the house. The cracks closed after the house was lifted. A couple of weeks later, they sent a plumber to conduct a leak test. All went great."

"Professional team that accommodated my schedule and stayed in budget for a major foundation repair installing 16 piers and multiple drains. I highly recommend this company. They were careful and thorough."

"I used Crosstown Engineering to perform a foundation inspection. The engineer arrived on time and was very thorough. Following the inspection, I received the written report promptly. The report relieved my concerns about foundation issues so that I avoided unnecessary foundation work. The report made recommendations for some repairs that would help to stabilize the foundation. I highly recommend Crosstown Engineering. I would use them again."

In May 2012 the house had numerous, major foundation problems that Atlas performed extensive foundation repairs on.  I purchased the house in August 2012 and my biggest concern was any subsequent problems I might have with the foundation.  I was concerned about what kind of response I would get if I contacted the foundation repair company for any adjustments that might be needed.  When I noticed cracks outside and inside the house, I contacted Atlas and the office staff promptly set an appointment for Lonnie to come out check out the cracks.  Lonnie was very friendly and took his time looking at the entire house and taking elevation measurements for evaluation.  Lonnie determined that a number of adjustments should be made, said this would be covered under the warranty and that Atlas would contact me to set up the repair work.  I was contacted one week later and the repair was set up for the next day.

The crew arrived at 8 AM and were very friendly, professional and worked very hard.  They took care removing plants and were also very careful not to damage the sprinkler and foundation watering systems.  I was amazed how the cracks were disappearing during the adjustment phase and I have little, if any, paint touch up to do inside the house.  After the repair process was complete, Atlas restored the flower beds to their original condition.  There was always 4-5 Atlas employees on-site at all times and they were there for 7 1/2 hours to complete this work. Also impressive was that all of the on-site crew have been Atlas Foundation employees for 3-15 years.

What really amazed me is that this outstanding job was done under the transferable Lifetime Warranty and shows that Atlas will perform any follow up foundation adjustments with the same quality and dedication as the original foundation repair work. I highly recommend Atlas Foundation for any foundation problems that you might have.

"I asked for bids from seven different foundation repair companies. There are a ton of foundation repair companies out there that are shady. They will try to sell you things you do not need. This bid followed the engineering report and was very straight forward. It was not the lowest bid, nor was it the highest bid. It was the bid that was most comprehensive, professional and complete. The team from Firm Foundation showed up on time and completed the job within two days. They did an OUTSTANDING job! Iâ ve seen other homes in my neighborhood get foundation repairs and the after effects remain for months. Firm Foundation did an excellent job putting things back to normal. Ryan was a true pro, compassionate to the situation and great at following up. I HIGHLY recommend their work."

"Steven provided a free inspection of the foundation. He measured height differentials around the interior of the house and reviewed the exterior. He was very knowledgeable of the repair required and answered all questions I had for him. he showed different ways to repair the foundation. He stated he loved his job and it showed in the way he performed the inspection."

"Honest, did not need repair at this time."

"Very honest.  Actually recommended not doing anything and starting water plan.  Recommended a leveling versus an actual foundation repair.  Impressed by honesty.
