"Purchased a fixer-upper seven years ago and have been using JB construction for the total redevelopment of this house. The place was built in 1901 and hadn’t been touched since and it looked rough. With the projects that we have been able to complete thus far, I can honestly say that this home is now livable and is enjoyable. I have used JB Construction to redo the front of my house and with this most recent project, Joe and his team created a washer/dryer connection and closet from an unused space in the house and it looks great! The first thing I like about working with Joe is the professionalism of he and his team. The second thing I like about JB Construction is the fact that they are on time and when the job is done, my expectations are set. And the most important thing about working with Joe is the fact that he can take my idea, about an improvement I want to do in the house, and make it look great."

"Long Island Mason and Concrete were terrific. Work was excellent, crew was a pleasure to work with, the owner, Tommy, was in constant touch. The price was very reasonable, very competitive. They were able to do the work just a few days after we were in contact. I can go on and on , the problem was solved quicker than I could ever thought possible and the result was perfect. I obviously Highly recommend this firm"

"I used Luigi Cotumaccio Masonry Contracting to do concrete and stone construction on the front and sidewalk of my home. He is professional and honest and is a man of his words with a keen eye for perfection and quality work. He made suggestions to our original plans that came out better than we expected. In the future will not hesitate to use his service again and suggest him to others. He has a great team."

"They were available for any question or issues, very fair priced, very responsible and they went above and beyond what I was expecting. Helped me with little fixes that were not included in the quote."

"Rahat Construction did a fantastic job of renovating our bathroom, which is very small and had a lot of unexpected structural damage. They removed all the bad work done by a previous contractor and corrected every problem they found — and there were many! When it was discovered that the exterior wall was really damaged and that our entire subfloor was beat up and battered, Kazi and his crew repointed the wall and replaced the subfloor after informing us of the problem. Kazi made sure to check in with us often throughout the process and sent pictures (since we were way). Whenever a new and unexpected problem arose, Kazi fixed it for us and made it easy. Our small bathroom looks amazing now. His crew also cleaned up and didn't leave us with a huge mess to deal with. I am really happy with the job they did and would love to hire them again for a future renovation. They do good work, they're trustworthy, they show up when they say they will, and Kazi is up front if he can't fulfill a request. He does not over promise and always delivers. Hire them with confidence for your next project. You won't be disappointed."

"J G J Home Improvement Crop was prompt to get started my patio project, and completed the work rather quickly. They deviated the work plan slightly what we originally planned and discussed. Overall, the quality of work is good and the price is reasonable."

"I had some concrete that needed to be replaced. Bob and his team did a wonderful job. Bob really listens to my needs. I had asked a few other contractors for quotes but they were all jacks of all trades but masters of none. Bob King is a master at concrete. He specializes in concrete and brick work. Bob is the owner and boss. But he works on site with his team and make sure the job is done right. Prices are reasonable too. Very happy with his service and ease to work with."

"Manual, Jose and their crew were great!! We needed to repair or replace our sidewalk. They did an amazing job in removal of sidewalk and replacing our sidewalk and driveway. They were punctual and clean. The did everything in less than three days. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Torres Contracting did an outstanding job repairing my old front and side stoops that had significant water damage. On time and at an extremely fair price. His masons then built two matching brick/bull nose flower beds in front of house. Beautifully done and I received many compliments from the neighbors!"
