Great personal service
Great personal service
Luke, Logan, and Will did an outstanding job.
I was a little skeptical at first but they came on time and got right to work and worked steady for 3 days until they finished and cleaned up the area. I liked the crew they were very friendly and did their best to try and answer my questions but I don't speak Spanish. I feel their lead team man should speak English. I had some issues with soil erosion a couple of weeks after the work was done and John Steinhour came out filled in the spots and raked it out for me. thanks again John

Our 71 year old cottage-size house had a crumbled foundation and needed a lift. The salesperson came out to see our job on 9/15/20. His quote arrived promptly within 5 hours of his visit. We signed the contract and paid 20% down 9/22/20. This job was in the double digits. Big money for us. We were told who the project manager was and that he would call us within 1-3 business days. We were told that our project would begin on 10/14/20. My husband and the project manager had spoken about the job over the phone a couple of times and we prepared the area as we were told to do. Late again, the project manager called my husband and finally admitted that he was about two weeks behind and the best he could do was start the job on Saturday, 10/24/20. I appreciated his honesty but must admit, we were a little frustrated at this point. Quality Control is only as good as we, as consumers, demand. Luckily for us, we reached out to the owner of the company. Clearly there was a communication issue with management and the crew. The owner (Rick) was receptive to our concerns and he explained ways that he has made some significant changes so there is more communication with the managers and the crew. The job was done to our satisfaction and our house is level. The crew did amazing work. This is a perfect example of taking it to the top when you are not satisfied. Rick was very interested in our frustration and cared about how we were treated and we feel his managers and crew will be better for the lessons learned from this job.
Mr. Romao (the Co-Owner) responded to my inquiry quickly. He was very knowledgeable, and kind. I was nervous about replacing my driveway, but Concrete Solutions did a fantastic job. They were very courteous, came on time and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommended them.
These men worked for 2 days straight in the summer heat and had to go down a long way before the repair could be completed. They were very conscientious and worked as a crew very efficiently. Their customer service was excellent!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed this type of work done!

A house’s foundation is always located under the house itself. A foundation is the load-bearing portion of a home and is usually built below ground, though different types are built at different locations under a home. For instance, a basement foundation is built at least eight feet deep into the ground under the house to create living space below the ground level of the home. A crawl space foundation is built under a shallow trench beneath your home—typically between two and five feet deep. A slab foundation, also known as a monolithic or monoslab foundation, simply lays flat against the ground under your home. Pier and beam foundations also rest on the ground, but elevate the home using piers, typically about two feet off the ground.
The typical cost to repair a foundation is between $2,200 and $7,500, though most homeowners pay around $4,800. The price of a foundation repair depends on the extent of damage. Major repairs that require the use of hydraulic piers can cost $10,000 or more, while minor cracks can run as low as $500. Fixing a leaky foundation by sealing it costs between $2,300 and $7,300.
Concrete foundations that are reinforced with steel plinth and beams are considered to be the strongest type of foundation—especially on lots with loose or muddy soil. This type of foundation uses a reinforced concrete beam built between the wall and the foundation. Homes built in areas that are prone to flooding or earthquakes also benefit from a foundation that contains steel plinth and beams.
