"I had a 4 foot crack under a window well, 5 foot under another window well, and 7 foot total wall crack. All were actively leaking water into my basement - like fountains. Called Atlas and 2 other companies, and they responded first arranging Kaz to come out the next morning. I still hadn't heard from the other companies by the time he came. He evaluated the cracks, explained the injection procedure, quoted the price, and set up the appointment. The only negative thing was that the appointment was 3 weeks away and the cracks were significantly leaking. Because we had so much rain, I called again to try to get moved up, and they accommodated me on a Saturday for a $200 premium. Nestor fixed the cracks and the leaking stopped. He was polite, prompt, and answered all my questions. However, with the next rain, small wet areas were seen (nowhere near as bad as they were). I called back, appointment was made, and Nestor came back to fix them again under the lifetime warranty. Same great service with the call back, and no problems noted since! Would recommend, and also say that if you have small leaking, get it fixed, because you never know when it will get worse!"

"Due to excessive groundwater, we had an active leak in our basement. ULB came and gave us a reasonable quote, and was able to do the job during a very busy time of the year. They replaced the old interior drain tile system (which had been done by a previous owner on the cheap), which is a massive job, and even stayed late the first day to make sure they could get all the work done in the two-day time frame they'd given us at the outset. They also installed a new sump pump and backup system which is much quieter than our old one. The system is humming along smoothly now, and the basement is (finally) dry. This is a very dirty job and the crew was able to keep the mess and disturbance to a minimum. The team was friendly and easy to work with, and very patient in explaining all of the work they were doing. They even pointed out some other foundation cracks I hadn't seen, and fixed them while they were there at a heavily discounted price."

"We were getting some water in our basement, which The Real Seal determined was coming from a crack in the foundation. They identified and repaired the crack quickly. Our technician worked neatly and efficiently, and all staff were pleasant and responsive throughout the process."

"I'm proud to hear my son, Robert Wolfrum, is working for Perma-Seal. I first used Perma-Seal in the 80's for a foundation crack repair in our South Holland, IL home and then again at our Tinley Park, IL home. Both experiences were memorable and professional and fixed our basement water problems. It is good to know that my son is working for a reputable company that has been doing quality work for decades. I was surprised to hear that they do insulation and concrete leveling."

"Our 6-unit brick condo was having some leaking during heavy rains. E&B provided a timely & reasonable quote, answered all of our questions, and completed the work on time and on budget. Very professional and will use again for any masonry needs, including an annual inspection of our building."

"The worker who came over saw my situation and unoffically suggested a repair that would be cheap for me rather than have him and his crew come out and charge me a few thousand. I appreciated that he wanted what was best for me and not necessarily best for his company."

"Nick from 3D Concrete Design was extremely helpful! I was unsure whether a patio crack needed repair on full-on replacement. Nick recommended a simple repair, explained why in plain-language and provided a fair estimate in no time. From this interaction, I can tell that the folks at 3D Concrete Design are honest brokers and stand-people. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future :-)"

"Everseal did a great job and cleaned up as best as possible after having 14 cracks fixed. It was a little hard initially to get the appointment scheduled but after that everything was ok. Probable because pretty busy lots of water so far this season. No leaks yet however only be a day."

"J.D. and his crew were amazing.  From beginning to end they went above and beyond.  It started with J.D.'s great ideas for adding color and educational plants, like elderberry, to the garden. He created a vision that kept with the spirit of the garden and respected the existing plantings, taking out only what we needed to to open up the space.
He was then flexible and responsive throughout the process, answering questions, even accommodating a specific installation date so the work could be done while the school was closed for a holiday.
Beyond that, he demonstrated a genuine desire to help, and a commitment to the job that made me feel I had a true partner dedicated to getting the job done well. One example of this was that J.D., on seeing our rotting garden bridge, went out of his way to solicit a donation of a gently used garden bridge in lieu of fixing the old one (which would have added to our cost), and even made an extra trip to install it.
His crew did a beautiful job with the rockscaping, and left the garden in prestine condition after the work, even stopping to pick up and haul away some garden waste that wasn't even theirs! Not only was it an absolute pleasure working with them,  I'm thrilled with the result! I highly recommend Green City Gardens!"

"Andy Young was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting my client who is selling their home, providing detailed options for repair. Highly recommend Andy."
