"The team at Blue Umbrella was fantastic from start to finish. We all worry about our homes and who we choose to do work, especially when it comes to big projects like these. Tony, Steve and the entire team were fantastic. It started with Tony, coming to my house and giving me all the information I needed to understand what was happening and how to fix it. I got busy, and they did a great job following up. Not being pushy at all, just checking in. When I finally had time to schedule the work, they were able to accommodate my schedule. On the day of the project, they arrived on time, were neat, and cleaned up everything when they were done. The process was quick and easy and I feel confident that this will solve my water problems. Don't waste your time getting 3-4 quotes... These folks are great and are worth every penny."

He had very helpful videos which further explained the issue I was experiencing and how their services would fix the problem. "Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. We wish the expense wasn't necessary, but felt the price was worth it due to the difficulty, the amount, and the quality of the work. We highly recommend Basement Gurus!!"
