"I have a friend that is just now going through the process of finding out just what needs to be done and collecting bids. Since we had used Accurate I just thought I would check out to see if they were still in business since we had our work done in 2006 when we had 38 piers installed. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. And I am going to tell her to check with them."

"OUTSTANDING! We had an issue with our sidewalk always being wet, with algae, and very slippery! We called several contractors and most of them wanted to fix it with a Band-Aid solution. They had no idea how to fix it, and were skeptical that it could even be fixed.
I called Lon Pinckard, and he showed up at the appointed time (unlike the others). He was very thorough in his inspection process, and even called his foreman off of another job to help figure it out. His solution worked! We have had heavy rain for the past few days, and my sidewalk dries out immediately. The drainage is evident from the holes he cored in the curb for the piping.
This was not the cheapest bid we got, but the quality of work, speed (had it finished in 1 day), and professionalism are top notch. I highly recommend this company, they know what they are doing!

"Professional, honest assessment. While there was work that needed to be done on my home and my preference was to work with his company, he recommended that I work with the original contractor to maintain the warranty. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and recommendation. The work was completed by the original contractor, however I would definitely recommend Olshan's if you need initial foundation repairs conducted at your home."

"It was great from start to finish. Chad came to our house to evaluate the problem and give us an estimate. He was very nice, courteous professional and knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate to repair our foundation. Surprisingly, it was not as much money as we had thought. He did a very thorough evaluation explained everything in detail. Great job, Chad!
After a couple of weeks Juan and the crew came out to our home to do the work. Again, the work was excellent. They did exactly what we wanted done and we're very happy with the work that was performed. Juan was also very nice and knowledgable and professional. You could tell he has done this many times. He was there to let us know how the job was going and also to answer all of our many questions. After the work was completed and they cleaned up our yard and it looked great! Great job Juan and the crew.
We are very happy! We found a company that is honest, affordable and does great work!"

6 employees. Uses Licensed subs for irrigation, lighting, brick work and carpentry. You plant around your design, not design around your plants. Confusing? Upon meeting with a new client, most people will typically tell me of their favorite plant(s). Putting plants in the lead position of the design process will guarantee you a landscape that resembles your neighbors and every other house on the street and across the community. It’s like determining the colors you will use in your new house and you haven’t yet designed the house!\n\nLike colours, plants are a medium. You must provide context in order to give meaning. This is the hardscape or ‘bones’ referred to in garden literature. Be it a simple graveled path, a grouping of boulders, or obedient deference to existing topography, this is what will provide year-round interest. It is also the framework that will suggest and therefore help you choose which plants and their placement. The end result is an aesthetic and harmonious integration of hardscape and softscape elements.\n\nThe Walkabout Way acknowledges the on-site environmental realities (ecozone, drainage, sun, shade etc..) and integrating these along with the clients desired outside intentions (active/passive use) as the basis for formulating a design theme. The end result is a naturalistic approach that is environmentally and ecologically sensitive, yet aesthetically pleasing regardless of the season.
