"We scheduled this service primarily to address some drainage issues, which was causing water to pool against the foundation.  Also wanted to add patio area to the back yard to allow room for a hot tub.  Lon was able to get out for an estimate within a few days of when I first contacted him.  After discussing drainage issues, he recommended regrading and sodding the yard rather than installing a french drain... we had many low lying areas in the yard contributing to the drainage issue.  He also suggested adding on a litle more onto our existing patio, and drew a free-form shape that we really liked.  We never would have thought about doing that ourselves, but really liked the idea of having the extra patio space, and we just love it.  The job started a week ahead of schedule, and everything was completed within a week.  The quality of the work was excellent, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result.  Lon was very professional, and addressed any questions that came up during the project promptly.
