"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

"Hardline did an amazing job with our garage floor fix, trench drain, and apron. They went above and beyond to correct the issues from when the original garage floor was poured and failed. I also really enjoyed getting to know the team working on the project, they were very personable and took pride in what they do. The owners, Brenda and Jon, are just great down-to-earth people. I would absolutely recommend Hardline Concrete & Masonry to others!"

"The team at concrete lifting is amazing. They “inherited” me as a customer, as the home I purchased has a warrantied foundation repair that they performed. Not only has the repair held up, and the warranty gave me peace of mind, but Jordan and team have come out multiple times to alleviate any concerns or even do a quick patching job on an unrelated area - all free of charge. Should my home ever require additional significant repairs (let’s face it, it’s an old house and stuff happens), I won’t hesitate to hire them again. Given the number of texts and emails I’ve exchanged over “is this crack a problem? What about this one?” the MN concrete team may not love that their warranty landed them with me, but I’m super happy I inherited such a fabulous, considerate team."

"They did a great work, and they helped with suggestions to help with other issue."

"Travis has an amazing work ethic and impeccable attention to detail. When we approached him about removing our underground bomb shelter, he was up front about it being his first time removing one. However, he has experience removing pools so he could directly transfer that knowledge and experience. We were very concerned about potential damage to our home foundation and he took that into account. He was very involved in the planning and design of the project making us feel important and empowered. He even corresponded with us remotely while we were out on vacation to finalize the design of the concrete sidewalk layout and plan sending us pictures realtime. He let us make the decisions that mattered to us and simply executed the work without complaining. I would definitely hire Travis and Trinity to do any concrete and excavation work for us again."

"Gregg and Gunnar did a fantastic job of lifting and sealing my garage floor. After 20 years of slowly failing, sinking, and cracking, they were able to get it back to an acceptable condition. It'll never be "flat" like freshly poured concrete but, it is so much better after their work. They took the time to explain the process and also any areas where they were unable to get the slab perfectly flat again, and they explained why. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and patiently explained the process and results"

"Kali Concrete provided excellent service from the start of the project to the happy finish. Troy, the owner, came out right away and gave us a clear, detailed bid. He told us when his team would be able to begin the job. Throughout the process, Troy went the extra mile to communicate with us to make sure we liked what was going on and understood what was being done. The Kali team worked like a well - oiled machine, friendly and professional. We had a nice surprise; Troy volunteered and fixed some loose bricks that are by our aggregate stairs that he also repaired and sealed. My husband and I are still talking about how beautiful the new concrete apron, aggregate trim, and aggregate stairs look. We are very satisfied with Kali Concrete’s work and very pleased with how well they treated us."

"Shawn and his crew of hard workers exceeded our expectations. It's obvious this company knows what top notch customer service and work quality mean to their reputation. We give them an A +. Shawn and his team demolished our existing, shifting and cracked front steps / stoop and replaced it with a beautiful, perfectly designed new steps / stoop. The new stoop looks as if it was designed and integrated to the house when it was built in 1930. It's perfect and exactly what we wanted. We are getting compliments from neighbors, and even the concrete truck driver! Communication and bid were professional and excellent. Shawn owns the business and is in charge of the job site from start to finish. No subs --- all a family team. The cost of the job was extremely fair given the extent of the work we needed done. Crew worked hard so that each step was completed with perfect timing. Job took two days to complete: one to demolish, haul, set forms, rebar; the next to pour and finish. Both days they arrived on time, worked very hard, cleaned up at the end of each day as if they had not been here. Super nice people who know what they are doing. Thanks to Shawn, Crystal and their whole concrete "family" for this amazing transformation to our home. We are very excited to enjoy our new, welcoming entry!"

"We were Impressed by their knowledgeable staff and professionalism throughout the entire project. L&R Suburban Landscaping’s stone masons were true craftsman and great to work with. Their office staff kept us informed on scheduling and billing and were there to answer questions throughout the project. We were extremely satisfied with how the project turned out and we’d highly recommend them."

"My patio area was nothing but a series of cracked and damaged concrete pieces.  Jason redid my patio with beautiful pavers and even incorporated some special bricks that I had into the design for me.
The patio that Jason created is amazing and it is no longer the ugly and unsightly area that it once was.   I am so excited to spend some lovely winter and summer evenings on my new patio  - It is absolutely beautiful and the transformation is astounding.

Jason is very particular in his work right down to the last detail and it shows in the end result. He is wonderful to work with and he really listens to what you want and what you want to achieve.
He is a great guy to work with from the start to the end of your project.
