"Let me start by telling you my backstory. I live in a house built in 1929, it has a stone foundation. It wasn't until Hurricane Sandy that I felt the effects of a house that had no waterproofing and we had about three feet of water. We did a little bit of mitigation, and had no more problems for awhile. More recently, NY had five days of non stop rain and the walls in basement and flooring barely held it together. So that's when I knew I really had to do something. Every time we heard the weather report we would keep checking that basement and our little water pump. "Guys came in and worked. No lollygagging or long breaks or any of that just plowed through on a dirty two-day job and their work made me feel a heck of a lot better about the structure of our home. Did great work. The only complaint is that they did not repair a small basement window casing that they pried open to get materials to the basement. I am sure had I contacted them they would have come back and fixed it, but it was not anything nice to begin with and I was able to repair myself pretty easily so I never even brought it to their attention."

It was finally determined the leak was under the foundationand it would be easier and cheaper to replace the whole line. (it was always sprining a leak and needed to be replaced.) He worked very hard to resolve the issue as quickly and economically as possible. He and his workers were a great to work with. Gold star all around."
