"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."

"John and his team did a great job. We contacted them to fix concrete steps in our back yard leading to our deck and he was able to provide all options for replacement, costing and timing. He was very respectful of when we wanted to get the project done and I felt like he knew exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend John and his team to anybody who needs masonry work."

"The gentleman who came to my home were absolutely great! Explained everything and made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way. I was nervous in the beginning but my fear subsided after Robert Charlesworth, Marcelo largo, Isaiah belcher and Johnathon Lopez made for a great experience. The attention to detail and dust control, tapping off areas they felt I wouldn’t want getting dusty exceeded my expectations! Thank you for your hard work and kindness. Trucks looked awesome new as well as tools and equipment. Great job guys!!"

"Nick helped me with a ground based solar project. He dug an electrical trench and laid the conduit. The town inspected and signed off on his work. Great communication, fair price, and precise execution of the work."

"Pedro and team solved an ongoing pond drainage issue that was able to be resolved. Many companies came and charged us money for half a job and this was not the case with AG. They were professional, proficient and quickly got to the source of the problem in one day. Prices were fair and they did not have to come back as they had all the supplies they needed to start and finish the job which is very rare for a major culvert issue like this one."
