"Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

"Christian S. & Jason M. were courteous, informative, and did a great job removing materials from the crawlspace and installing materials to wrap our foundation."

"Their work was excellent. The sales person came at 2:00 on Thursday Dec. 29 and sold us on the products and service. They had another project cancel and re-directed to our project with one person there the next morning. Had a minor issue with the 1st worker not plugging in the freezer when finished. We also expected more people to show up Saturday 12/31 (New Year's Eve), but they did not get enough crew to volunteer. One person came Monday, some more on Tuesday, then a full crew on Wed. to finish the digging and other work. They will be back later to seal cracks in the concrete floor which were under the furniture when they were there. Very impressed with the quality and follow-up to ensure we were satisfied."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"I highly recommend this company. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Everything from the free inspection, to financing, to starting and completing the project was seamless. They also made sure I fully understood the issues my basement had, the work that was to be completed, and the financing and contract details so there were no surprises. Not only do they guarantee their work, but the working relationship continues after they are finished, as everdry will make sure the basement stays dry and the equipment is in working order for the life of the home. Thank you everdry, jmme Rossford, OH"

"Overall, it went well. Though I will have to call them back out because of a tiny little spot that is still damp. I do love that it is a lifetime warranty. The guy that did the work did have the courtesy to call ahead and say his current job was taking a bit longer. Not an issue for me, especially since he called to let me know. Though when he did show up, he was very dirty and unprofessional looking. He also did not have boot protectors on and repeatedly continued to track mud throughout my house, even though I reminded him that I laid a towel on the floor so he could wipe his feet; but he just stepped over it. His work on my repair definitely reflected on him. The finished product was very sloppy. He did clean up after himself but there was still a good bit of dust, and the putty he laid over the crack looked like a 3 year old did it. It took me hours to sand down the globs in order for me to be able to paint over it. Again, the lifetime warranty is definitely a plus. I'm just hoping I wont get the same guy. Very pleasant company to deal with otherwise!"

"Good company! Just couldn't afford the repair."
