"Indiana Foundation Services came out to assess cracks in my foundation. I have half basement and half crawl space. The cracks were on the crawl space side. After measurements, the side of house with the crawl space was determined to have settled 1/2 an inch. Recommendation was to put four piers to stabilize house over crawl space to prevent further settling and to prevent potential extensive damage to the house if/when settling continued. One of the piers went down 32 feet before hitting solid rock. Three piers were on the outside of house and one inside the crawl space due to buried electrical and air conditioning. The job required hard work, knowledge and skill to effectively remedy the issue for life of the house. Aaron Ewert, Tyrone Moore, Darl Barr, and Josiah Dutton were fantastic. They were a cohesive team working efficiently to get the job done in two days. I, also, had an issue with the footer in the crawl space. The footer did not extend all the way to the basement wall - 44 inch gap. I requested that be fixed. The price quoted, which I reluctantly paid, was not calculated correctly. Aaron saw the error and refunded a considerable amount of the price for the additional work. Aaron could have ignored the error and collected the overage, but this company has a reputation for customer satisfaction and retention of clients. Obviously, I was extremely happy to get the refund for the overage. I recommend this company and especially this crew!"

"We had a crack in our foundation, called aculevel, man was very personable and told us it wasn’t a problem at all and we can even fix it ourselves-tuck pointing. I was so relieved! He literally could have told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of repair."

"I am writing this review to let other homeowners know that if they are unfortunately in need of foundation repair that the best company capable of handling the job is Advanced foundation repair & replacement. I have a two story home. The entire back and side wall had settled over six inches ( a total distance of seventy five feet). At the side of the house we have a masonry fireplace that had settled significantly as well. Then owner Frank Matyiko hooked up his exclusive unified jacking machine. Frank provided us with a licensed structural engineer that stamped all fazes of construction. He assured me that our house would be a piece of cake. He was right. Advanced leveled the back of my house along with the fireplace with his unified machine. Not a crack in the house. Not a crack in the fireplace. His team was polite courteous and most importantly fixed our problem. Price: $13,500. Thank you Frankie!!!!!"

"They were efficient, very informative, friendly, priced right, and they left everything clean. They did the work based on the best information and our specific situation. This is a regional foundation business, so when you get an estimate you talk to the the people who will actually do the work, instead of a sales rep. I would highly recommend this company for crawl space and foundation work."

"Brian has great communication, he is a professional and fixed all the errors my previous contractor messed up and more and would highly recommend to anyone who needs concrete work done. I wish I would have found Brian and his team sooner."

"The job was well done. Stayed with it till done"

"If we could give Dimmett's Home Repair Service a higher grade than A, we would! Absolutely outstanding work and great customer service. They are very ethical, honest, professional and trustworthy. We had our bathroom, kitchen and our basement remodeled (and we added numerous other projects to the list when they were here). They worked with us on all of our requests. We live in an older house that had extensive water damaged over the years (much worst then anyone anticipated). Both Lee and Jason provided recommendations and solutions to everything that was needed. They finished the job nearly two weeks ahead of schedule and they came in under budget (which is an accomplishment in itself). We cannot Thank them enough for their honesty, their work ethic and the quality of work. We will using them again in remodeling the rest of our home. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Dimmett's Home Repair Service. Angela and Scott"
