"Outstanding work, timeliness & professionalism from Fernando and his crew. They recently finished a job fixing an issue with an unlevel/sagging floor in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the work completed. Would definitely recommend for anyone having issues with their floors & foundation!"

"Benji B, Chris D, and Dylan C fixed our fallong foundation. They were courteous, fast, and honest. They did a great job."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

"I reviewed and got several quotes before choosing The Covered Patio company. The project included the addition of the shed roof(plus shingling), then framing/screening the entire structure. From sales to project management to the installation team, everyone involved was professional and very personable. The project began on time and was completed in the predetermined 2-day time frame. The installation team showed up when they said they would and worked diligently. I was asked for my preferences on a few minor decisions vs. the installers making the decision. I was very pleased with that vs. having it done one way then not liking what they did. Other companies should model The Covered Patio because this went as smooth as possible and looks terrific. I now have neighbors considering enclosing their covered patios due to seeing the great work this company does. This is a local company and everyone takes great pride in their work. If you are considering a screen room, look no further!!!"

"Jordan Duffer, Certified Field Inspector., provided my yearly inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy, service was timely! I highly recommend him and AFS Foundation and Waterproofing Specialists!"

"The service man was very Knowlagable in repairs."

"Phew! We don't have mold. The technicians came out to assess what we thought was a potential mold problem. Luckily with the help of their testing our windows, sills, bathrooms, crawlspace no serious issue was found. Turns out condensation buildup and "mold" is sort of normal for an older house with single pane windows. Glad we know that know. Would definitely call Breathe Easy again and recommend to friends/family."

"Braxton came as scheduled to level up the various slabs of concrete in our driveway. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pleased with the work he did and the level of service he provided! The weather did not allow him to finish the job to his satisfaction. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. He and Landon were professional, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"I needed my home inspected for mold. Clint Thomas, with Health Safe Mold Remediation, LLC, came out and was a true professional. It was easy to schedule an inspection time that fit my schedule. He arrived on time, and was cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. One thing that stood out is that he asked, with much sincerity, what I needed to know from the inspection. He wanted to understand what I expected from him. In other words, it was not only about money. He cared. In my case, I needed documentation for the court (my HOA is behaving badly). I explained this to Mr. Thomas, with a few more details. Mr. Thomas was understanding and wanted to assist as best he could. A second visit was needed, at which time Mr. Thomas brought an assistant who was super-cool, also. Later, and quite promptly, I received my inspection report! This report is professional, thorough, and the very thing I need in court! I highly recommend Health Safe Mold Remediation for inspection and remediation."
