"I reached out to Efran to get a quote for my driveway. It was half asphalt and half concrete and had shifted a lot due to improper drainage. I got him to extend the driveway to a retaining wall that was itself in need of attention. It was bowed out and lacked pointing. In-between the wall and my old driveway was a shed that had no foundation. I asked if he'd be able to move it to atop of the retaining wall and he said he'd try. He came up with a plan to fix the drainage issue and also added a conduit pipe under the new driveway. He did everything he said he would and even removed some small stumps for me. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.).
