"I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."

He told us when his team would be able to begin the job. Throughout the process, Troy went the extra mile to communicate with us to make sure we liked what was going on and understood what was being done. We had a nice surprise; Troy volunteered and fixed some loose bricks that are by our aggregate stairs that he also repaired and sealed. "In April Jason came out to look at our projects and get an idea of what we wanted to have done. The next day we received a drawing and an estimate via email. Last week (June 10 right on schedule) he and his crew removed dead shrubs, rock, timbers from the front yard and dead shrubs from the backyard. They put several new plants and soil in the front and replanted some shrubs we had. They put in a low boulder wall and mulched the area in the front yard. In the backyard they planted seven new shrubs .They left the work area tidy when the day ended. On the first day we asked Jason to replace some sod in the backyard and transplant a couple of plants and put in new ones (not in the original plan, but he was very willing to do the extra work). .An area of the paver patio in the backyard had sunk with time. His crew removed the sunken pavers, leveled the area, cleaned the pavers, and put them back in the original pattern. The patio looks like new. The crew was very pleasant and worked hard. All of this was done in two days! We have worked with three different landscapers over the years, and Jason was the best. He was very hands-on and his attention to detail was impressive. Jason was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. We highly recommend him and would use him again in the future."

"I needed a 3.5' x 3.5' concrete pad poured for a elevator AC condenser installation and I needed it done very quickly based on my tight installation schedule. Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. Alfredo was a good communicator and very punctual, even letting me know when he had a very minor arrival delay. Most importantly, Alfredo's work was excellent quality.
