"Let me start off by saying, I am probably one of the most difficult clients to work with for home renovation... I am in the trades and an avid DIY type of guy. I am very hands on and take on most projects myself. I am not easily persuaded by salesman or sales pitches because I REALLY do my research before I let them enter my home. I got quotes from 4 different waterproofing companies before I met Fred Thomas. All 4 companies had different solutions to my situation. 1 waterproofing company used a scare tactic and told me my house was going to fall over if I didn't use their system... He then showed me on his laptop a video of how his companies system corrects the problem... Let's just say it was very expensive, confusing and would have destroyed our entire front yard adding more costs to an otherwise un-precedented and expensive fix... When Fred came thru my door, I knew he was the real deal. No sales pitch, no scare tactic, no laptop, just straight up and to the point... Fred uses a system that has been proven and works. He sells his product on experience and reliability not on new unproven technology or cheap inexpensive band aids. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to correct it. I wanted the guy who actually can install these systems on my house to sell me the job, not one who only studies the theory on the system. Thomas Waterproofing was booked 6 months out and I needed this project pushed forward quicker, Fred made it happen! His team was out the following weekend to get our job done. I probably drove them crazy with questions and picky requests, but they did everything I asked and more. During the project I found out I had to replace the cast iron sewer line in my slab. Another expensive repair... Not only did Thomas Waterproofing do the job we agreed to, they also Jackhammered out the slab for the plumbing to be re-done and supplied all the stone to be back filled. He did this as a favor to help me save on costs. David and Devon the 2 team leaders are great guys and very hard workers, I would have them do work on my home any time. I was very impressed by their overall knowledge of construction. Great attitude and great people to be around. This is the business you want on your project... Extremely pleased with the work done! "I needed to have the crawlspace in my old home encapsulated, 58 Foundations really fit the bill! They were middle of the road in terms of the estimates I got, not the highest and not the cheapest. The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. Zeke, Tanner, and Hunter communicated about the process, when different parts would be done and when we could expect them on day two. Overall we are very happy with the results. The crawlspace is warmer, the air is cleaner, and most importantly it is finally nice and dry!"

"I highly recommend GC Construction. They provided excellent service from start to finish for work on my driveway and a slab for my new 2 car garage. At the start Geovanni provided a good quote in a timely manner and suggestions related to the job. While working on the job they showed me a leveling issue with my original design that would have caused rain water to puddle next to the foundation. They provided 3 options to resolve the issue and reasonable quotes. We were aligned on the best solution and they completed the work faster than I expected. In addition, I told them I wanted to use the excavated dirt to fill in holes and dips in the yard. Instead of just piling the dirt in one place, the whole crew worked to fill all the holes and dips around the yard at no additional charge. The next time I have any cement work to be done, I will be calling GC construction first."

"Overall we are very pleased with the project, the look, quality and price of the work. Chris and Jose did a good job of communicating with us and the documentation was good. They encouraged us to visit Power Rental to see what the product would look like and that was very helpful. We found what we wanted. The price was good and the work was good. They even put in the railings for free. We interviewed 8 other vendors and they were our first choice. The only disconnect was the condition our yard was left in when done...if I knew the extent of damage ahead of time, I could have at least moved some of the decorate gravel, rocks, etc. They attempted to smooth out some of the deep tractor marks on one side, but most looked like a mudbog competition and it took several days of hard labor to clean up the mess. Nevertheless, we would recommend them to others, perhaps just encourage them to be forthcoming with how the tractor will impact the areas around the project. Good job though!! We are happy with the final product!!"

"About four years ago, I had my sewer line cleaned by another local company. At that time, the person doing the cleaning bent his augur on â somethingâ and drew back mud. He told me that they would have to rip down my retaining wall and repair my line as â itâ s broken and you need a new sewer lineâ . Being retired and disabled, I was not able to afford it, so I bought a hand augur and did my own line but I could never get past 30 feet in doing the line. Lately there has been more back up and the line was not draining much at all. I called in a national company to clean the line and they also suggested running the camera down it and seeing where the damage---possible collapsed clay pipe?â was. After analyzing reviews online for trenchless sewer repair, as I did not want to rip down an over 100 year old stone retaining wall, I decided to call Gardner Plumbing and have them camera the line. The sewer was full of water to the top of the floor drain, and when Kevin came out he meticulously augured that sewer line for close to four and a half hours until it was clear and even made it to the main sewer line under the street. In doing so, he removed an unbelievable long thick root that was in the line that I can best describe as looking like a root from a Redwood tree! He then ran the camera as far as he could and there was no damage at all to the line: a few cracks, but no damage/breakage whatsoever! Instead of costing thousands of dollars to replace the line, I was charged a reasonable amount for the augur of the line and the camera. I highly praise this work that Kevin did and I thank him and Gardner Plumbing for being honest and not immediately trying to convince me on getting a new sewer line when I didnâ t really need to replace it. I will use this company in the future and will tell my neighbors about the greatâ and honestâ work that Gardner did. Thank you Gardner, you have a new happy customer now! ï"

"With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point.
