"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Let us start with the conclusion: Kevin James Landscape (KJL) did an AMAZING job. We HIGHLY recommend them. Our property needed a complete makeover due to aging, original landscaping and water intrusion in the crawlspace. KJL developed a beautiful plan for our yard. They thoroughly removed the old landscaping, including properly finishing the tree stump removal that a nationally-known firm left incomplete and concealed. KJL expertly regraded our property for good drainage and flow. They diligently solved water issues on the turf and from AC drains. KJL created big, beautiful flower beds, enriched with lots of new soil that they brought in. They also used timbers and stones to make attractive enclosures for our AC condensers and utilities. KJL is deeply experienced. Their crews were exceptional in that they NEVER cut corners. All work was done thoroughly with detail and quality. "Jeff and his crew did not disappoint.  They had a very high reputation to live up to and even exceeded it.  The yard looks great and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order.   Some examples of this were that they demolished and re-built the retaining wall after the original construction of it per my request because I wanted it moved in slightly.  Jeff and team didn't complain once, just came back out within the week and got the job done.  Also, given my hectic schedule Jeff went to Lowes for me to purchase the hoses and sprinklers and set them up at no extra costs to me aside from the Lowes bill.  Further, they even fixed my downspouts off of my gutters because of a poor job on the original instalation by another firm at no cost (not part of their job but did it anyway).   Multiple neighbors have came by and asked who did the work and wanted Jeff's contact information because the yard, landscaping, and retaining wall looked so good after Jeff were finished.  Don't think twice, Kale Lawn Care's positive reputation is real.  Highly recommend you go with them for any landscaping or yard work you may have.
