"They had to come back a week later cause the wall was cracking again where they patched up theWall. But they fixed it."

"Terrific company. Will use again."

"From the beginning of the project to the end, Basement Gurus made the process feel painless. They gave me a clear understanding of what remedies were necessary to fix my foundation and ensured that all of my expectations would be met. The contracted workers were timely, considerate, clean, and personable. I would strongly recommend Basement Gurus for any waterproofing work and will be using them as often as necessary in the future."

"Mr. Travaglini was able to work with us quickly to meet a last-minute need, and was well-informed about the work needed as well as the permitting process.  The replaced blocks looked well-set, and have held up without any problems over the past 9 months.  His price seemed very reasonable; we've checked "NA" on that item only because the sudden need for repairs meant we didn't have time to do much comparison shopping.  We'd be happy to work with TMC again if the need arises.

"Plymouth did a fantastic job installing a walkway, a few paver pads, and flower beds. We also had them install a pond. Everything worked well in the beginning except that there seemed to be a slow leak. They worked on the issue with us last year but were not able to determine the cause of the leak, so we had an auto-fill line put in. This year, when using it, it did not stop automatically and the hose wasn't clamped so the water pressure blew the skimmer off the pipe. They stopped answering my calls about this issue so I had to get another company to come in and fix it."

"They arrived promptly when expected and executed the work to my complete satisfaction. The injection holes for the lifting foam don't stand out too badly and they only had to drill a few of them. The sidewalk was lifted to its proper height. After the lift, the sealing was applied and coated with quartz sand, more attractive than the original black material."

"Artistic Masonry Company built an outdoor kitchen for my home. Did an excellent job."

"Excellent, hard working forman and crew who knew what they were doing. Foundation repair and installation of sump pit. pump and backup pump was completed in two days, as promised. Highly recommend."
