First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adam’s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and it’s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. "Virginia Foundation Solutions We had the Gray Team finished at our home yesterday. Our house had uneven floors and felt soft in places. Once diagnosed, what was necessary was explained. No hard sales pitch. Had several contractor companies give us a bid. Virginia Foundation Solutions was not the cheapest. They werenâ t the most expensive either. What they did was more than any of the companies offered. Back to the Gray Team or should I call them the A Team. John, Max, Juwan, Trevor & Robbie were all very professional and polite. "Ground out and tuck pointed a 25 year old three step brick front stoop. When the work was completed, there was no mess, no cement dust, no cement slurry any where around our entryway. The stoop looks great, a very inviting entry to our front door. A week after the work was done, they returned to power wash away mortar haze (there was very little of this), Could not have asked for a more professional job. Good company, great personnel. good price."

"The process went very smoothly.  There were several teams that worked on my project.  The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists.  Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier.  

All the work was done in a professional manner and the workers were all very courteous.  They were on time and on budget."
